Ingredients
- 1 pound 93% Lean Ground Beef
- 6 (10-ounce) cans Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies No Salt Added undrained
- 2 (15½-ounce) cans No Salt Added Dark Red Kidney Beans rinced and drained
- 2 cups Water
- 1 (10-ounce) bag Great Value Seasoning Blend
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Salt Free Chili Powder such as Gebhardt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Beef Bouillon Granules
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 ounces Elbow Macaroni
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef on the saute setting of the multicooker, or in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. If using a skillet, transfer the cooked meat to the multicooker.
- Stir in tomatoes, beans, water, seasoning blend, vinegar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, basil, parsley, cumin, and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
- Stir in the macaroni and cook for 30 minutes, or until tender.
