Brown the ground beef on the saute setting of the multicooker, or in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. If using a skillet, transfer the cooked meat to the multicooker.
Stir in tomatoes, beans, water, seasoning blend, vinegar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, basil, parsley, cumin, and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
Stir in the macaroni and cook for 30 minutes, or until tender.
