Notes
Ingredient Notes:
Cooked Chicken - You can use Rotisserie Chicken, but if you want lower Sodium try the Salt Free Baked Chicken Recipe. A store-bought Rotisserie Chicken contains 450 milligrams of Sodium in a 3-ounce serving. The same serving size of the Salt Free Chicken Recipe is only 30 milligrams.
Deli Ham - Because the pizza dough is already high in Sodium, try to find a lower sodium ham for this recipe. My first choice is Boar's Head® Deluxe Ham 42% Lower Sodium because of the flavor. Hillshire Farms® also makes a Lower Sodium Ham, but the only flavor I can find is Honey which doesn't work as well in this recipe.
