Ingredients
  

  • 1 (10-ounce) package Prebaked Thin Pizza Crust 12-inch
  • 4 ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 Shallot sliced thin
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 1 (7.5-ounce) jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts rough chop
  • cups Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 6 tablespoons Real Bacon Bits
  • ¼ cup Light Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons 2% Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 large Tomato diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pizza crust on pizza pan.
    Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds. Spread evenly on pizza crust. Top with shallots, chicken, artichokes, cheeses, and bacon bits.
    Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and lightly browned.

  • Meanwhile, combine sour cream, milk, and dressing mix in a small bowl.

Plate and Serve

  • Sprinkle diced tomato over cooked pizza and drizzle with dressing. Cut into 8 slices.
