The salad is a refreshing combination of spring mix lettuce, yellow bell peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and red onion. The homemade dressing is easy to make, but you can substitute Brianna's® Avocado Oil Dressing Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette. Just add 1 gram of Saturated Fat to the recipe's Nutritional Information.
