Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons 50/50 Ketchup (Low Sodium/Low Sugar)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ cup Parsley chopped
- 1-½ pounds 93% Lean Ground Beef
- ½ teaspoon Sodium Free Beef Bouillon Granules such as Herb-Ox®
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Buttery Spread
- 4 cups Onion sliced thin
- 6 Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns toasted
Instructions
Make the Special Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and the parsley. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Caramelize the Onions:
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook about 15 minutes or until lightly browned; stirring as needed. Remove from heat and set aside until ready to serve.
Make the Burgers:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, beef bouillon granules, remaining 1 tablespoon ketchup, remaining teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal balls and press into patties.Grill on a preheated grill or grill pan for about 4 minutes per side
Plat and Serve:
- Spread sauce on both sides of toasted buns. Top each bun bottom with a burger, onions, and bun top.
