Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉. Sprinke cormeal on baking sheet. Unroll dough on baking sheet and press with fingers to stretch dough to edge of pan.
Spread mustard onto dough. Sprinkle with pickle and onion. Top with chicken, ham, parsley, and cheese. Bake for 6-10 minutes, or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
Cut pizza into quarters and serve.

Ingredient Notes:Cooked Chicken - You can use Rotisserie Chicken, but if you want lower Sodium try the Salt Free Baked Chicken Recipe. A store-bought Rotisserie Chicken contains 450 milligrams of Sodium in a 3-ounce serving. The same serving size of the Salt Free Chicken Recipe is only 30 milligrams.Deli Ham - Because the pizza dough is already high in Sodium, try to find a lower sodium ham for this recipe. My first choice is Boar's Head® Deluxe Ham 42% Lower Sodium because of the flavor. Hillshire Farms® also makes a Lower Sodium Ham, but the only flavor I can find is Honey which doesn't work as well in this recipe.
