- 2 Large Nonstick Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-ounce) packages Naan Bread
- 8 ounces Cooked Chicken
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce
- ½ cup Pizza Sauce
- 8 ounces Shredded Pizza Cheese Blend
- 1 small Red Bell Pepper sliced thin
- ¼ small Red Onion sliced thin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉
- Mix the BBQ sauce and pizza sauce in a small bowl.
- Place flatbreads on baking sheets. Spread sauce evenly over each one, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top each flatbread with equal amounts of chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
- Sprinkle 2 ounces of cheese on each flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crusts are crisp.
- Remove from oven and slice each flatbread into fourths. One serving is half of a flatbread, or 2 slices.
