
Canadian Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sliders
Tonia BloomThese little sliders can be made ahead and wrapped individually in foil for an easy grab-and-go breakfast on those busy mornings. To reheat, remove the foil then wrap the slider in a paper towel and microwave until hot.

Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- ⅓ cup Half and Half
- 1 (6-ounce) package Canadian Bacon
- 2 tablespoons Honey Mustard
- 12 Whole Wheat Slider Buns
- 3 slices Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices cut each into 4 squares
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Lightly coat an 11x7 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs with half and half in a medium bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until eggs are set. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Canadian bacon and brown for 1 minute per side. Transfer to a cutting board and cut each piece into fourths.
Assemble the Sliders:
- Place slider bottoms (without separating sides) onto a small baking sheet. Spread mustard on the cut side of the bun tops.Slice the baked eggs into 12 pieces and lift them out of the pan with a spatula. Place one egg section on each bottom bun. Top with a square of cheese, 2 or 3 pieces of Canadian bacon, and the bun tops.Cover assembled sliders loosely with foil. Cook in the oven for about 5 minutes or just long enough to melt the cheese and warm the sliders.
- One serving is 2 sliders.
