A smoothie that tastes great and has at least 15 grams of Protein. I got this recipe from a Vitamix cookbook that came with my blender many years ago.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 2% Milk
  • 1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • ½ Banana
  • 150 grams Frozen Strawberries, No Sugar Added about 1 cup
  • 240 grams Frozen Pineapple Chunks about 1½ cups
  • ½ teaspoon Stevia Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure lid and select variable 1.
  • Turn machine on and quickly move speed variable to 10, then to High.
  • Blend for 45 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.

Notes

Each serving is about 1 1/2 cups.  I like to make a double batch and store in a lidded mason jar.  The smoothie is good in the fridge for a couple of days.  Just shake before serving.
