Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- ½ Banana
- 150 grams Frozen Strawberries, No Sugar Added about 1 cup
- 240 grams Frozen Pineapple Chunks about 1½ cups
- ½ teaspoon Stevia Sweetener
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure lid and select variable 1.
- Turn machine on and quickly move speed variable to 10, then to High.
- Blend for 45 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Each serving is about 1 1/2 cups. I like to make a double batch and store in a lidded mason jar. The smoothie is good in the fridge for a couple of days. Just shake before serving.
