Instructions
Place all ingredients into Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure lid and select variable 1.
Turn machine on and quickly move speed variable to 10, then to High.
Blend for 45 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Each serving is about 1 1/2 cups. I like to make a double batch and store in a lidded mason jar. The smoothie is good in the fridge for a couple of days. Just shake before serving.
