Bulgogi Style Skillet Chicken

Korean BBQ is one of my oldest son's favorite foods. This version of bulgogi is delicious and quick Serve with rice and stir fry vegetables for a complete meal.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Green Onions sliced plus additional for garnish
  • ¼ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts sliced thin

Instructions
 

  • Make sauce. Whisk ¼ cup green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken and sauce in skillet. Cook, stirring as needed until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces slightly, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Serve over rice and garnish with additional green onions.
