

Strawberry Smoothie Shake
Tonia BloomThis strawberry smoothie is thicker than a normal smoothie so you get that texture of a shake without all the sugar and fat. If you want a thinner, more smoothie blend, just add 1 cup of ice cubes and reduce the frozen strawberries to 3 cups.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Fat Free Milk
- 4 cup Frozen Strawberries, No Sugar Added
Instructions
- In blender container add milk, yogurt, and 1 cup frozen strawberries. With blender running add remaining strawberries a few at a time through opening in lid. Blend until smooth, thick like a shake. Thinner smoothie version: Same as above, but add 1 cup of ice cubes and decrease the frozen strawberries to 3 cups.
