This Month’s featured book is Diabetic Living The Ultimate Diabetes Cookbook which has more than 400 recipes. We have made so many of their recipes that our book is literally falling apart.
This is a good cookbook for Cardiac diets as well as Diabetics since many of the recipes don’t need any ingredient changes and some just need minor changes such as reduction of butter or salt amounts. Any changes to the original recipe including ingredients or directions are noted or when a specific name brand is recommended.
