Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 Tomato
  • 8 tbsp Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Chop Romaine as desired and divide between 4 plates. Top each plate with equal amounts of cucumber, carrots, and tomato wedges. Serve with 2 tablespoons dressing.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • For Meal Prep: Prepare salad as above and store in 3-cup airtight container. Put 2 tablespoons dressing in small container and store with salad.
    Prepared salad can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
