Fat-Free Italian Garden Salad
- 8 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 Tomato
- 8 tbsp Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing
- Chop Romaine as desired and divide between 4 plates. Top each plate with equal amounts of cucumber, carrots, and tomato wedges. Serve with 2 tablespoons dressing.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For Meal Prep: Prepare salad as above and store in 3-cup airtight container. Put 2 tablespoons dressing in small container and store with salad.Prepared salad can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
