Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
- 1½ pounds Boneless Beef Top Round Steak
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 medium Carrot shredded
- 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can Less Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 (8-ounce) can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
Instructions
- Use sear/sauté function to heat oil in multi cooker. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Cook beef 5-6 minutes per side, turning once, until well browned.
- Remove beef to cutting board and cut into six equal pieces.
- Mix onions, carrots, and mushrooms in cooker. Place beef pieces on top of veggies. Mix soup and tomato sauce together and pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
- Serve with gravy spooned over beef.
