Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
  • pounds Boneless Beef Top Round Steak
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 medium Carrot shredded
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can Less Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (8-ounce) can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Use sear/sauté function to heat oil in multi cooker. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Cook beef 5-6 minutes per side, turning once, until well browned.
  • Remove beef to cutting board and cut into six equal pieces.
  • Mix onions, carrots, and mushrooms in cooker. Place beef pieces on top of veggies. Mix soup and tomato sauce together and pour over beef.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
  • Serve with gravy spooned over beef.
