Snack Cake Master Mix
Tonia BloomOriginal recipe from Make-A-Mix Cookbook. Make your own cake mix and save money; plus you control the quality of the ingredients without any additives. Makes about 13-1/2 cups which we stored in one 16-cup container. Or, you can make your own prepackaged mixes by dividing the mix into 6 containers. Store in airtight container(s) in a cool, dry place for up to 12 weeks.

Ingredients
- 8 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 5 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a whisk to blend well. Divide evenly between 6 airtight containers or one 16-cup container. Label with date and contents. Makes about 13-1/2 cups. Use within 12 weeks
