Make this easy snack cake that is moist, not too sweet, and perfect for breakfast. Filled with potassium nutrient bananas and heart healthy walnuts this snack cake makes you smile. Add in a high-protein yogurt and you have a balanced breakfast for a great start to your day. Nutritional values will differ depending on the Brand you choose. Look for high protein, low sugar, and low-fat or fat-free brands. Chobani®, Fage® and Icelandic Provisions™ are all good choices.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Pour Snack Cake Master Mix into ungreased 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
    In a small bowl, combine egg, oil, and water. Beat with a fork until well blended. Stir in banana and walnuts. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients in baking pan until well blended.
    Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes. Cake is done when wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into 9 squares.
