Korean BBQ is one of my oldest son's favorite foods. This version of bulgogi is delicious and quick Serve with rice and stir fry vegetables for a complete meal.Recipe adapted from Allrecipes magazine Dec/Jan 2023.
Make sauce. Whisk ¼ cup green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken and sauce in skillet. Cook, stirring as needed until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces slightly, about 6-7 minutes.
Serve over rice and garnish with additional green onions.
