Ambrosia Salad without the Fluff

Traditional fruit salad you remember as a kid without the whipped cream and marshmallows. Simple and better for you.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
  • 3 Clementine Oranges peeled and sectioned
  • ½ cup Tart Apple diced
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix honey and lime juice in the bottom of a serving bowl. Mix in the clementine's, apple, and cranberries.
    Divide evenly between 4 bowls and sprinkle with coconut.
