
Roast Beef Wraps with Dill Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 cups Coleslaw Mix packed cups
- ¼ cup Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Light Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons Prepared Horseradish such as Silverspring
- ⅛ teaspoon Table Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 slices Havarti Cheese such as Sargento
- 8 ounces Deli Roast Beef sliced thin
- 4 Taco Size (45g) Flour Tortillas such as La Banderita
Instructions
Make the Slaw:
- Mix dill, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper in a medium sized bowl. Add coleslaw mix and toss to coat.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay tortillas on a flat work surface. Layer roast beef, ½ slice of cheese, and coleslaw in the middle of each tortilla. Fold sides in and roll up burrito style. Cut in half and serve.
