
Turkey Burgers with Blue Cheese-Celery Slaw

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Light Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- ½ cup Celery thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 Green Onions thinly sliced
- 1 ounce Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 pound 93% Lean Ground Turkey
- 2 tablespoons Buffalo Wing Sauce such as Stonewall Kitchen
- 4 buns Hamburger Buns such as Pepperidge Farm Soft White
- 1 large Tomato sliced
Instructions
- Make the Celery-Slaw: Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar in a bowl. Add celery, green onion, parsley, and cheese. Toss to coat.
- Shape the turkey into 4 patties, about ¾-inch thick. Grill 7-8 minutes per side over medium to low heat. Remove from the grill and baste with buffalo sauce.
- Serve burgers on buns with sliced tomato and Blue Cheese-Celery Slaw.
Notes
Note: Refrigerate the turkey patties 15-20 minutes before grilling to make the patties firmer and easier to grill.
Balance the Plate with sliced strawberries and whip cream.
