Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper sliced thin
  • 1 medium Onion sliced thin
  • 24 meatballs Frozen Meatballs Great Value Fully Cooked Homestyle Meatballs
  • 2 cup Low Sodium Marinara Sauce Victoria Low Sodium Marinara
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 6 Hoagie Buns Pepperidge Farm Soft White Hoagie Bun w/Sesame Seeds
  • 3 ounce Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia for a Creamy Melt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion. Cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in meatballs, marinara, and crushed red pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  • Open the buns, but leave the hinged side. Spoon the meatball and sauce mixture on top of open buns. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil sandwiches 4 to 5 inches from the heat 1-2 minutes, or until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
