Instructions
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Lay tortillas on a cutting board. Spread with mayo-mustard mixture.
Place ⅓ cup of turkey down center of each tortilla. Top with one quarter of tomatoes, onion, arugula, and cheese.
Tuck in sides of tortilla and roll tightly. Cut in half on a diagonal.
Serving size is half of a wrap. Any leftover wraps can be put in a gallon sized storage bag and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
