Chipotle Turkey and Cheddar Wraps

Moist chipotle turkey, chopped tomatoes, red onion, lettuce and cheese is so good.
Recipe uses Chipotle Turkey Master Mix, but you can substitute any cooked turkey or chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 8 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
  • 4 tortillas Low Carb Flour Tortillas - Burrito (62g)
  • 16 ounces Chipotle Turkey Master Mix shredded or cubed
  • 1 large Tomato chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion chopped
  • 4 ounces Baby Arugula
  • 3 ounces Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Lay tortillas on a cutting board. Spread with mayo-mustard mixture.
  • Place ⅓ cup of turkey down center of each tortilla. Top with one quarter of tomatoes, onion, arugula, and cheese.
  • Tuck in sides of tortilla and roll tightly. Cut in half on a diagonal.
  • Serving size is half of a wrap. Any leftover wraps can be put in a gallon sized storage bag and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
