Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak in batches and cook until browned, about 30 seconds to 1 minute per side. Transfer meat to a bowl and cover to keep warm.
In same skillet add onion. Cook and stir as needed 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add onion and garlic along with any pan juices to the bowl with the steak. Add parsley and toss to coat.
Divide the steak and onion mixture evenly between the six ciabatta roll bottoms. Top each with giardiniera and slice of cheese, the roll top.
