Mediterranean flavors blend beautifully in this light and refreshing pasta salad. We added marinated artichoke hearts to each serving just because they are so good!
Combine water, pasta, green beans, and 1 teaspoon oil in pot. Make sure pasta is submerged in the water. Seal lid and close valve. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quick release pressure. Drain and rinse in cold water. Allow to cool and drain until ready to assemble salad.Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooled pasta and green bean mixture. Toss until well blended.
Make Ahead:
Package pasta salad in (4) 2-cup containers. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
