Instructions
Place a rimmed baking sheet in the middle of the oven and preheat to 425°F.
Spread the mustard on the bottom of the pie crust. Layer with the chicken, ham, green onions, and cheese.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the filling in the pie crust.
Carefully set the pie pan on the hot baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
Let quiche rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
