Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Frozen 9-inch Deep Dish Pie Crust
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded or cubed
- 3 ounces Black Forest Ham chopped
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
- 2 ounces Swiss Cheese shredded
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 4 large Eggs
- ⅛ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place a rimmed baking sheet in the middle of the oven and preheat to 425°F.
- Spread the mustard on the bottom of the pie crust. Layer with the chicken, ham, green onions, and cheese.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the filling in the pie crust.
- Carefully set the pie pan on the hot baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Let quiche rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
