Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Frozen 9-inch Deep Dish Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded or cubed
  • 3 ounces Black Forest Ham chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
  • 2 ounces Swiss Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup 2% Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place a rimmed baking sheet in the middle of the oven and preheat to 425°F.
  • Spread the mustard on the bottom of the pie crust. Layer with the chicken, ham, green onions, and cheese.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the filling in the pie crust.
  • Carefully set the pie pan on the hot baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  • Let quiche rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
