Cook bacon in a large nonstick, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels, then crumble. Discard excess grease in skillet.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour into skillet. Sprinkle with bacon, cheese, and green onion.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until center is set.
Let frittata cool at least 10 minutes before cutting into 6 wedges.
