Ingredients
- 4 slices Thick Cut Bacon
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels, then crumble. Discard excess grease in skillet.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour into skillet. Sprinkle with bacon, cheese, and green onion.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until center is set.
- Let frittata cool at least 10 minutes before cutting into 6 wedges.
