Lemon and thyme infused chicken cooks in just 5 minutes of pressure. Finish the chicken thighs under the crisper for perfectly crunchy and juicy chicken.
Microwave water for 1 minute. Stir in the chicken bouillon. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine thyme, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush chicken with oil and rub thyme mix into chicken.
Place metal trivet in bottom of pot. Add chicken bouillon and lemon juice. Place chicken thighs on top of trivet, slightly overlapping. Secure pressure cooker lid, making sure vent is closed. Select pressure cook on HIGH and set timer for 5 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to manufacturer's directions. Carefully remove pressure cooker lid.
Crisp chicken for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
