Notes
Nutritional Information is based on these Food Brands:Egg Noodles - Extra wide or wide noodles work the best. Sodium and cholesterol will vary depending on the Brand you choose. I used No Yokes®, which does not have any cholesterol.Buttery Spread - My "go to" is Land O Lakes® Spreadable Butter with Oil because it is all natural ingredients and it has a better "butter" taste. Saturated Fat, Cholesterol, and Sodium will vary depending on what you use.Half and Half - Only use regular half and half. The Fat Free versions do not work.Parmesan Cheese - Only use the kind of cheese you have to grate if you want a creamy sauce. Packaged cheese has fillers and doesn't melt very well. Brand doesn't matter as far as Nutritional info.Italian Dressing Mix - I like Simply Organic® because it is the lowest Sodium I've found so far. It's about half of amount of Good Seasons. I know Good Seasons is in pretty much every grocery store and it works just as well.
