Nothing tastes better on a hot summer day than cool, creamy ice cream blended with fruit. Whip up this quick and satisfying treat that is made with fat-free frozen yogurt, peaches, orange juice, and a banana.
In a Blender: Add orange juice and frozen yogurt. Blend till combined. Add Banana and 1/2 cup of peach slices, blend well. Add remaining peach slices 1/2 cup at a time until all ingredients are smooth and of desired consistency. Serve immediately. Makes approximately 3 cups.
