Strawberry-Pecan Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
Tonia BloomFresh strawberries, toasted pecans, and homemade poppy seed dressing make this salad special. There are many reasons to love this recipe. Above all, it's very easy to make and good for you too. A similar restaurant salad is loaded with saturated fat and sodium mainly coming from the dressing. Try our homemade poppy seed dressing which is made with grapeseed oil and minimal salt. As a result, your heart will thank you.
