Roasted Rainbow Carrots
Roasted carrots are a super easy side dish that pairs well with any meat. You can use any herb you want, so pick what works with your main dish.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- On prepared baking sheet, toss together all ingredients and spread out in a single layer.
- Bake until carrots are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
