Ingredients
- 8 Thin Cut Bone-In Pork Chops approximately 1½-pounds
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt Free Seasoning Salt
- ½ cup Grapeseed Oil
Instructions
Season and Dredge Chops
- Pat the pork chops dry.Combine flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl (a pie pan works great). Dredge pork chops in flour mixture; coating well on both sides. Set aside on a plate.
Pan Fry the Chops
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 2-4 minutes per side. Don't overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if needed.Remove to a plate and keep warm until ready to serve.
Plate and Serve
- Each serving is one pork chop (about 2½-ounces cooked).
