Season and Dredge Chops

  • Pat the pork chops dry.
    Combine flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl (a pie pan works great).
    Dredge pork chops in flour mixture; coating well on both sides. Set aside on a plate.

Pan Fry the Chops

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 2-4 minutes per side. Don't overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if needed.
    Remove to a plate and keep warm until ready to serve.
