The Crisp Coating Master Mix is crunchy corn flakes, sesame seeds, wheat germ, parsley, paprika, mustard, celery salt, onion salt, and pepper.   • Preheat oven to 500°F. Line large baking sheet with raised rim with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Coat and Bake Fish: Place Crisp Coating Mix in a medium, shallow plate In a medium, shallow, microwave safe bowl, melt butter with oil in microwave. One at a time, dip each fish fillet in melted butter mixture, then in coating mix and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle any leftover melted butter over fish. Bake in preheated oven for 7-10 minutes or until fish flakes. Turn fish over halfway through baking process.
