Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1½ cups Heart Healthy Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Buttery Spread
- 1 cup Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
Instructions
- Preheat griddle and coat with cooking spray.
- Combine egg, oil, and water in a medium bowl. Whisk in pancake mix until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Pour batter onto hot griddle in 5-inch circles. Cook until edges look dry and middle has bubbles. Turn over with a spatula and cook for another minute, or until bottoms are golden brown.
- Recipe makes 8 (5-inch) pancakes.Each serving = 2 pancakes, ½ tablespoon buttery spread, and ¼ cup of syrup.
