Ingredients
- 1 (28-ounce) package Frozen O'Brien Potatoes with Onion and Peppers
- 1 pound Ham Steak diced into bite-size pieces
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can Cream of Celery Soup
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
Make the Casserole
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, ham, soup, and pepper. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 25 minutes. Top with cheeses and cook another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cool for at least 10 minutes.
