Ingredients
- 24 ounces Tilapia Fillets frozen
- 2 Zucchini sliced ¼-inch thick
- 2 Yellow Squash sliced ¼-inch thick
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic (jar)
- 2 tablespoon Buttery Spread melted
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
Make the Foil Packs:
- Tear off 4 pieces of heavy duty foil about 12" X 18"In a small bowl, mix together melted buttery spread, olive oil, and lemon juice.For each piece of foil: Start with fish, top with veggies, oil mixture and seasonings. Fold up lengthwise with double fold, then fold up short sides with double fold. Place foil packets in a gallon sized freezer bag. Date and label. Freeze for up to 3 months
Thaw and Cook:
- Thaw the foil packages overnight in the refrigerator.Prepare grill to cook for medium heat. Grill, covered for 15-20 minutes, or until veggies are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork.
