Fat-Free Banana Pudding

Fat Free Banana Pudding

Tonia Bloom
A classic comfort food dessert all made with fat-free or reduced fat ingredients. The traditional recipe that most of us grew up with is high in saturated fat. The full fat version of this recipe has 11 grams of saturated fat in ONE serving. That is NOT something us cardiac diet people can have, sadly. I promise this 0 grams of saturated fat dessert will make you smile. It is pretty darn good.
