Spinach and Ham Quiche

Tonia Bloom
Classic quiche with spinach, ham, and swiss cheese. You can choose any pie crust (homemade, refrigerated, or frozen) you want. We chose a frozen one because it has half the fat and sodium of refrigerated pie crusts.
