Roast the Cauliflower

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
    Place the cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
    Bake for 8 minutes. Stir and bake 7-8 minutes more, or until crisp-tender.

Bake the Casserole

  • Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Stir into the thawed cheese sauce; onion powder, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper.
    Pour about half of the cheese sauce into prepared casserole dish. Top with cauliflower, the remaining cheese sauce, and parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is light brown.

Plate and Serve

  • Garnish with fresh thyme or flat leaf parsley.
    Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. Or, freeze for up to 2 months.
