Ingredients for Brunch Sandwiches
- English Muffins – Choose any whole grain you like. We used Thomas’® Multi-Grain with 8 grams of Fiber.
- Low Sodium Deli Ham – Choose the lowest sodium you can find.
- Dijon Mustard – Any mustard you like will work just fine.
- Large Eggs – fried or poached work best so you get that runny yolk to soak into the English muffin.
